Under general supervision, responsible for providing information, data gathering, analysis, modeling, and organizational support to the senior level Research Analysts. Has mastered the foundational skills required of an Associate level 1. At this level, assumes significantly more writing and modeling responsibilities. Is responsible for developing a solid understanding of the assigned sector and can clearly state and defend the investment thesis for all stocks in the assigned sector. Must be able to handle basic question from Sales and Clients and is beginning to represent the associates in internal research presentations.

The IB Associate will work within a team of technical and financial professionals and will be an integral part of deal teams, serving as a project manager, taking guidance from senior bankers, and managing and mentoring analysts. The Senior Quantitative Analyst works closely with the Electronic Trading Product team in the initiation and development of equity trading algorithms, transaction cost models, and order routing strategies. This position manages the quant research idea generation process and initiates research into trading signals and model factors. The Senior Quantitative Analyst will then work closely with the Head of Products to determine which research and results are suitable for further analysis or deployment into Stifel trading algorithms. Finally, the Senior Quantitative Analyst will manage other quantitative analysts in their participation in projects and the writing of research white papers.

Our leading practice is looking to add a Director to our Project Management team. This Director will participate in the execution/project management of current real asset mandates as well as in the sourcing of new prospective clients across real assets. The Director will have exposure to all aspects of the real asset alternative investment market as well as North American-focused and Global managers and investment strategies.
