The Equity Product Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Head of Equity Product Management to leverage the commercial nature of Stifel's equity research and maximize its impact among equity sales and trading. The primary goal is to amplify the ideas of our research team and ensure the sales and trading division are kept updated and informed.

Our leading practice is looking to add a Director to our Project Management team. This Director will participate in the execution/project management of current real asset mandates as well as in the sourcing of new prospective clients across real assets. Under the direction of Senior Developers and Product Manager within the Portfolio and Electronic Trading Team, the Senior Institutional Electronic Trading Developer will focus on the development of Equity Trading algorithms. The Portfolio and Electronic trading team services Institutional clients as well as internal Stifel traders acting on behalf of clients in the execution of equities through proprietary algorithms and smart order routers. The developer will work closely with the product development team (quantitative research, traders, developers, sales) in all phases of the development process including design, integration and maintenance.

Under the direction of the Senior Electronic Developers within the Electronic Trading Team, the Developer will focus on the coding, maintenance and testing of the group’s reporting and analytical products.  Primary responsibilities will include front-end maintenance and development with related server side and data layer programming, as well as assisting with support of daily processes associated with smooth operation of the products. The Developer will work closely with the Product Team within the Electronic Trading Group on meeting business specifications and needs, and planning future improvements.
