What You'll Be Doing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team with a focus on the Diversified Industrial sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in complex financial transactions and a ​is keen to work hard, in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects at one time. Experience in running sell-side M&A transaction is a must.  

What We're Looking For

  • Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions.
  • Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Bachelors' degree
  • Minimum Required: 3 to 6 years investment banking experience as a financial analyst and associate, or similar experience in a legal firm

Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: NASD licenses

Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Compensation Range

Salary: - USD $250,000.00/Yr.

Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
