The Trade Review Supervisor ensures conformance to Stifel Policy and Procedures through activities such as, but not limited to, reviewing suitability and best interests of all Life Insurance transactions types, working closely with Financial Advisors and Branch Managers to correct trade details/descriptions for transactions to conform to firm policies and procedures. Executing authority to cancel transactions until an order is deemed to comply. This individual assists in training Trade Review Analysts, Associates and Sr. Analysts, and serves as a liaison with the branches, Compliance, Marketing, Operations and Trade Review team.
Under general supervision, the IT Service Desk Associate has primary responsibilities as the first point of contact in IT. Through multiple channels, the Analyst accurately logs and manages requests, incidents, and problems, assessing the services and customers impacted and the urgency for resolution. The Analyst works to resolve and satisfy incidents and requests, or route and escalate as necessary for resolution with high customer satisfaction through the life of each contact with our business.
Under immediate supervision, Client Services Associate (NR) assists one or more Financial Advisor(s) (FA(s)) with the opening and maintenance of client accounts and records, performs a wide variety of administrative support duties, including but not limited to, word processing, preparing mailings, filing, answering the phone, obtaining approvals for FA(s) communications and advertisements, provides overall customer service support to clients, may enter trades as directed by the FA(s).
