The Endpoint Mobile Support Technician II maintains mobile phones, tablets, and other technologies within Stifel. Their duties include working with different IT Technicians to deploy hardware, troubleshoot mobile device issues, and respond to IT questions from other associates.

This role level will require a structured analysis of technical issues, translating this analysis into technical designs and development specifications. The Technical Architect-Salesforce oversees development within the platform, whether custom code, vendor package integration, or data integration. The Technical Architect-Salesforce will assist in all phases of the development process, including design, integration, and maintenance, while observing proper behaviors, patterns, and standards. An IT Technician II is responsible for maintaining computer systems and other technologies within Stifel. Their duties include working with other IT Technicians to install hardware troubleshoot computer issues, respond to IT questions from other associates.
The IT Service Management Analyst II has primary responsibilities focused on IT Service Management documentation, communications and training, and process evaluation, improvements, execution and compliance. The analyst works to facilitate new process design and existing process improvements with accountable and responsible stakeholders across IT and business departments. The analyst insures that a holistic approach is taken when implementing new and improved processes, so that IT continually improves service functionality, quality, and delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
Under general supervision, the IT Service Desk Associate has primary responsibilities as the first point of contact in IT. Through multiple channels, the Analyst accurately logs and manages requests, incidents, and problems, assessing the services and customers impacted and the urgency for resolution.
