The Compensation Specialist is responsible for administering company compensation programs and maintaining compensation systems, procedures, and controls consistent with the Firm's policies and practices. This position works with the HR department and leadership to manage job descriptions while acting as a subject matter expert and point of contact for compensation solutions. The Specialist will also analyze market data, price jobs, and assign jobs to the appropriate salary grade.
The Technology Administrative Manager is integral in supporting all areas of the IT team, ensuring the personnel and operations functions are integrated and support the organization's strategic goals. The Technology Administrative Manager will support employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance efforts within the IT organization in collaboration with the IT leadership and Human Resources teams.
