The Platform Strategy Specialist participates in successful business requirements definition, project management, and implementation of projects critical to the strategic development of the Firm and Stifel’s Investment Products and Services platform. The Specialist facilitates prioritizing and overseeing the management of multiple projects and building a good understanding of Stifel’s investment products and services, operational processes, compliance policies, and technology infrastructure. The Specialist will be expected to understand the inputs and goals for each project and use this knowledge to facilitate project implementation and effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the firm.
The Financial Planning Specialist works with Financial Advisors to gather all applicable data and prepare and explain financial plans to clients and prospects. This position may thoroughly review financial plans created by some department associates and present completed financial plans to clients and prospects. The Financial Planning Specialist assists branch offices using MoneyGuide (Stifel's online Financial Planning platform).
Under close supervision, works with the Financial Advisors to gather all applicable data and prepare simple to moderate financial plans for clients and prospective clients. May assist branch offices in the use of MoneyGuide (Stifel’s online Financial Planning platform).
The Guideline Monitoring Associate II is responsible for collaborating with the Program Managers, Financial Advisors (FAs), Client Services Associates (CSAs), Branch Supervisors, Central Supervision, Operations, Legal, and Compliance Teams to ensure that Stifel Policies and Procedures and specific program parameters are understood and adhered to, and escalates issues, as appropriate. Product Control & Oversight (PCO) oversees and adheres to Stifel's policies and parameters for the various investment products and programs within the Investment Products & Services (IP&S) business unit.
The Annuity Solutions Specialists are responsible for supporting and marketing the Firm's annuity products (fixed, immediate, indexed, buffered, and variable) to Financial Advisors via the telephone, email, and Stifel's intranet (Portal). Annuity Solution Specialists serve as product experts for any branch personnel with product-specific questions, technical, sales, and/or marketing issues. This position also provides back-up support to our order entry team to assist advisors and their associates when submitting trades. Annuity Solutions Specialists are assigned annuity vendor relationships for whom they review new product/product changes as well as coordinate internal marketing campaigns.
The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for creative design and coordinating the printing of marketing materials with an emphasis on higher level graphic design projects.

The Retirement Business Development & Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for helping Stifel Financial Advisors sell Stifel's Retirement Plan services to their clients. The role focuses on cultivating new business opportunities, consulting with advisors to assist them with prospecting, benchmarking, closing retirement plan opportunities. This may involve telephone conversations and conference calls, conducting branch meetings, interfacing with the client's other professional advisors (primarily accountants and third-party administrators), presenting at seminars and similar events, and meeting in person with Financial Advisors and their clients.
