What You'll Be Doing

The Program Operations & Accounting Associate provides foundational operational and accounting support for Stifel Charitable, Inc., assisting with donor-advised fund transactions, basic accounting tasks, and administrative duties. This entry-level role focuses on accurate data entry, document handling, and supporting team workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Assist with processing donor-advised fund transactions and grant distributions under supervision.
  • Support the Accounting Manager with basic reconciliations and reporting tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and recordkeeping.
  • Perform data entry and assist with daily operational tasks such as mailing and scanning.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Participate in cross-training to provide coverage during peak periods.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively in a team environment.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred: 1+ years' of administrative or operational experience; financial services or nonprofit experience a plus.

Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None.

Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience with data entry or operational processes.
