Under general supervision, the Capital Markets Analyst is responsible for supporting deal teams on capital markets transaction origination and execution across both debt and equity products. This role will require the analyst to focus on origination, pricing, structuring, modeling, valuation and execution of a full suite of products, including senior debt, subordinated debt, preferred equity, IPOs, and follow-on offerings.
