Operations - Technical Support Intern- Summer 2026

The Operations - Technical Support Intern will assist the team in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that streamline operational workflows. 

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to streamline operational workflows.
• Support data analysis, tool creation, and dashboard updates for Operations teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting and enhancing existing Power Platform applications and automations.
• Collaborate with Tech Support team members to gather requirements and translate them into functional, user‑friendly tools.
• Document processes, updates, and technical solutions to support knowledge transfer.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and financial operations.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Minimum Required: Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Preferred: May 2026 grad

• Efficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools.
