  • Pre-packaged / pre-arranged chapter 11 cases
  • Traditional restructurings under chapter 11

What You'll Be Doing

Senior Analysts / Junior Associates will contribute meaningfully to active engagements and internal initiatives. 

What We're Looking For

 Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing presentation materials such as pitchbooks and client summaries
  • Conducting in-depth industry and company research
  • Building and analyzing financial models to evaluate company projections and strategic alternatives
  • Supporting the development of industry databases and valuation analyses
  • Analyze credit agreements, indentures, and covenant compliance
  • Working closely with deal teams, including other junior and senior bankers

What You'll Bring

We seek candidates with strong academic performance, demonstrated leadership, and a passion for finance and restructuring. Ideal candidates will possess: 

  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
  • Superior attention to detail and disciplined work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Financial modeling and/or accounting experience
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum Required: 1-4 years  experience in corporate restructuring or investment banking

  • Minimum Required: None

Compensation Range

Salary: USD $125,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000.00/Yr.

Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
