Graphic Design Intern- Summer 2026

The Graphic Design Intern will assist with basic layout of text and graphic elements for marketing materials including resizing and personalizing existing materials/templates. This role will have the opportunity to strengthen design skills and learn about graphic design in a corporate environment.

• Assists with the layout and customization of templated requests for branches and other Stifel departments. 
• Assists with logo ideation projects as requested – keeping in mind the various applications that a logo could be used in and the goal of the project.
• Learns, understands, and follows the Stifel corporate brand, as well as ability to explain branding requirements and rules to branch and department associates.
• Shadows senior design team members to learn more about designing in house for a financial firm.
• Assists with other design related projects as directed.
• Serve as an active team member by attending and participating in department and team meetings as necessary.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal interactions. 
• Adaptable, highly organized individual with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects of varying importance with varying deadlines.
• Able to work well with others; strong team player as well as ability to work independently.

• Pursuing a college degree with a focus on Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related with at least 1 year completed preferred. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience on iOS using Adobe Creative Cloud.
