What You'll Be Doing

The PCG Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Clayton branch. This role includes front office responsibilities such as greeting clients, answering phones, and managing general inquiries. The position also serves as a liaison between the branch and home office and may assist with training additional support staff.

What We're Looking For

  • Serve as the primary contact between the Clayton branch and home office for operational matters.
  • Provide front desk coverage, including client reception and phone support.
  • Process client-related transactions, including order tickets, account openings, and account updates.
  • Book and reconcile cash, checks, and securities; issue receipts and ensure daily balancing.
  • Train and support additional branch staff on daily operational tasks.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong client service skills and professional communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • General understanding of financial markets and securities regulations.
  • Excellent grammar and phone/office etiquette.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Required: 2-3 years of Financial/Securities industry experience

Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: none
  • We are open to considering registered candidates (e.g., FINRA licenses).

Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
