What You'll Be Doing

The Bank Client Support Specialist is responsible for a variety of moderate to highly complex operational recurring functions to support bank and brokerage operations. Works closely with teammates and manager to achieve department goals and objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Performs a variety of work assignments, including new account activity, mobile deposits, outbound wire calls, account maintenance and lockbox), in accordance with departmental policy and
  • Provides the highest quality of customer service through written and verbal communication to internal Stifel associates that require assistance from our team.
  • Follows department security policies to protect client information at all times.
  • Utilizes a variety of resources, systems and processes to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Responsible for special projects as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior service for internal and external clients
  • Knowledge of current banking terminology, regulations and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use good professional judgment to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum Required: 1+ years' of client service experience
  • Banking Operations and/or Retail Banking background preferred
  • Level of role is flexible based on experience

Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None

Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
