What You'll Be Doing

The Concierge Banking Specialist will develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored account management and assisting with various transactions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, empathy, and a proactive approach to client needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their banking needs.
  • Provide tailored account management, including balance inquiries, transaction history, and account maintenance.
  • Assist customers with processing transactions, such as fund transfers, bill payments, and check orders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as deposit operations, wealth management, mortgage services, and commercial banking to ensure clients receive comprehensive and seamless services
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the bank's system.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum required: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum required: 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
