What You'll Be Doing

The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level or early career position that will support Stifel Fixed Income�s marketing department by providing office, editorial, event/conference, and procurement assistance. The right candidate will have a good work ethic, strong writing and editing skills, and the aptitude/desire to learn about the institutional fixed-income industry. The candidate will also be organized and have a team-first, all-hands-on-deck approach.

What We're Looking For

  • Provide general support for webinar and event/conference programs, maintain marketing materials, maintain expense reporting, and respond to general internal marketing inquiries.
  • Provide editorial support for marketing materials, pitch books, presentations, announcements, emails, invitations, and website content.
  • Maintain periodic (daily/weekly) reports and updates.
  • Become well-versed in how to use the firm�s Salesforce CRM and email distribution software.
  • Demonstrated writing and proofreading skills (AP/Chicago Styles).
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies (CRM, webinar, video editing).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a strong attention to detail.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor�s Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum Required: 1+ years of work-related experience.

Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation Range

Salary: USD $50,000.00/Yr. - USD $80,000.00/Yr.

Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
