What You'll Be Doing

The Field Development Intern will assist the Field Development team by supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing the firm’s growth strategies and developing our next generation of Financial Advisors. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience, working closely with the Director of Field Development, Regional Directors, and Branch Managers. The intern will contribute to key areas of the program, including helping with the recruitment and onboarding process, assisting with training coordination, and supporting the tracking of production metrics for new Financial Advisors.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Assist with the coordination of training events for new Financial Advisors, both in-person and virtual.

  • Support the tracking of Financial Advisor progress through the training program, including maintaining updated data on production metrics and training milestones.

  • Help prepare offer letters and onboarding materials for newly hired Financial Advisor Trainees.

  • Participate in the organization and scheduling of regular training and progress update calls.

  • Collaborate with the Field Development team to deliver communications to branch managers, Financial Advisor Trainees, and regional directors.

  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and analysis of Financial Advisor performance data.

  • Support ad hoc projects related to improving the Financial Advisor training program and hiring process.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong interest in finance, business management, or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work effectively with team members at various levels within the firm.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or elated filed

Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
