What You'll Be Doing

The Origination Marketing Associate supports senior members of the Firm in the pursuit of marketing, fundraising, and new business relationships management endeavors. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and schedule complex calendar requests, including making follow up phone calls as needed.
  • Plan travel arrangements and complex itineraries.
  • Utilize CRM platform to input and track information, create and prepare reports, disseminate updates, etc.
  • Liaise with clients and support the Project Management team as a lead MA on assigned fund projects, including helping to update and manage fund materials, support roadshow planning and logistics, update the database, run reports, be the "go to" person for the other MAs in relation to assigned funds, and produce/distribute presentations.
  • Answer phones, greet/receive guests, provide general support for the office visitors, including ordering/catering meals and preparing expense reports.

Education & Experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum required: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum required: 5+ years of support and office coordination experience with at least 3+ years support/office coordination experience in finance/investment banking or similar field.

Licenses & Credentials

LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS

  • Minimum required: none.

Systems & Technology

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or the similar CRM platform.
